As a newbie I'd farm them at @warp gl_knt01 from Khalitzburgs and Raydrics if not I'll go to @warp moc_fild21 and kill Stalactic Golems. If you have the zeny for it I'd just buy them from the NPC.

I agree and I think strip armor or weapon cards should be disabled as well. It feels unfair for classes without FCP and Gospel.

My only take would be is to enable Valkyrie Randgris Card as jobs like Snipers or Lord Knights would have a hard time killing a Paladin because of his buffs. Adjust Asura Strike, Final Strike, Full Strip and Hatred to make it a little fair for other jobs.

What are you using your stalker for? If it's BG I suggest you just go North Wind-Double Strafe Hybrid. Or you could go Full Dex and Double Strafe, copy Flying Side Kick and strip (There are a lot of biochemists right now tho)
