Event: Best of the Best Series - Sniper

What: Blackout RO's Best of the Best Sniper

When: July 18, 2020 (1 hour 30 mins after SE WoE)

Time:

• UTC: 15:30 (@time)
• Philippines: 11:30PM (after WoE)
• EST: 11:30AM
• PST: 8:30AM

Mechanics:

• Single Elimination (Once you lose = out)
• Best of 5 for finals and best of 3 for the rest of the matches
• Map will be @warp 1@ge_st
• Time restriction per round is 5 Mins (If both parties do not kill each other then it will be a tie)
• Players will be @doommap to be dispelled
• Will use this Bracket Generator

Rules:

• PVP Settings/Rules
• The following cards are NOT ALLOWED to be used
  • Valkyrie Randgris Card (4407)
  • Lord of Death Card (4276)
  • Whitesmith Card (4361)
  • Metaling Card (4341)
  • Wickebine Tres Card (4348)
  • RSX-0806 Card (4342)
• The following items are NOT ALLOWED to be used
  • Mailbreaker (13032)
  • Swordbreaker (13031)
• There will be a break after each round to get supplies
• Consumables like Stat Foods are allowed
• Player must play on their own account (Which means no piloting of characters). If a player is found piloting once account it will mean automatic disqualification and a ban from any future events.
• HP Recovering items are DISABLED
• Box of Panting is allowed
• BG Consumables are allowed
• Teleporing items are DISABLED
• ALL MATCHES ARE FINAL
