@commands
- Added @swap command which works with Quick Swap skill
- @loginsettings renamed to @settings
Battlegrounds
- Reduced respawn time to 7 seconds
- Added dynamic mini-map
- Added bonuses for getting kill streaks
- 2 kill streak: Spawn a BG Guardian
- 4 kill streak: Show coordinates of all enemy players
- 6 kill streak: Send nuke which deals 5000~100000 damage to all enemy players
- Get 1 War Badge per kill
- Top 5 BG players receive Event Credit
Class
- Third jobs implemented. Read this thread for more info on third job release.
Equipment
- New drop rates and effects for equipment. Read this section for more info.
Items
- Removed cooldown for Yggdrasil Berry, Yggdrasil Seed, and Giggling Box. Added a mechanic when using two quantities in a row has reduced healing effect
- Weight of certain consumables commonly used in GVG/WOE is reduced.
- Beginner equipment no longer has BG/PVP/WOE restriction.
Monster
- All non-MVP monster stats have been scaled up
- Added Dark Priest mob.
- When MVP is killed, there is a random chance for a random MVP to respawn.
NPC
- Card Remover NPC can remove all equipped cards
PVP
- Added @pvp command. Use to join the PVP queue. 4 War Badges per kill.
- PVP Gauntlet
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday at 13:00; Thursday at 03:00
- No class restrictions
- Can rejoin event for up to 30 minutes after start time
- Highest win streak gets 1 Event Credit
- Last person alive gets 1 Event Credit
Shops
- Donation Credit Store: Added 'bRO Premium Member' item which allows subscription to bRO premium status. Gives free headgear each month along with access to extra commands
Skills
- Added active skill Quick Swap to all classes. Use @swap command to configure settings
- Added active skill Anchor to all classes which replaces @anchor command
- Added passive skill Exceed HP Limit to Crusader class, which allows max HP to be exceeded by 50K per SkillLv
- Added passive skill Bonus Devo HP to Crusader class, which increases max HP by 50K per devotion target
- Added passive skill Mana to HP to Wizard and Soul Linker classes, which is HP + 3%/SP - 6% per SkillLv
- Added Concentration and Parrying to Baby Knight classes
- Added Wall of Fog to Wizard, Soul Linker, Blacksmith classes
- Added Hiding to Ninja
- Heal skill gets a bonus when target is devoting 1+ players
- Slim Potion Pitcher
- Gets a bonus when target is devoting 1+ players
- Splash range increased
- Provoke can be used on allied targets
- Mind Breaker can be used on allied targets
- Priest class ignores Golden Thief Bug healing penalty on non-self targets
- Increase damage of Sharp Shooting and fix bug where LUK lowers damage
- Lower impact of VIT on Acid Demonstration
- Invulnerable Siegfried persists for 15 seconds after leaving area of effect and affects neutral property at 2% per SkillLv
- Full Strip has lower stay duration
- Full Chemical Protection has lower stay duration
- Pharmacy creates 3 items per use while only using 1 item requirement
- Twilight Alchemy creates 600 items while only using 200 item requirements
- Wall of Fog gives 50% penalty to non-long ranged physical attacks
- Removed cooldown of Dispel, Gambantein, and Tarot Card of Fate then replaced with after-cast delay.
- Lowered stay duration of chemical protection and strip skills.
- Reflect Shield status doesn't trigger autospell Dispell.
Dispel Mechanic Updates
- Sage Dispell pierces Golden Thief Bug Card magic immunity at 5% chance.
- Tarot Card of Fate has (15 * SkillLv) % chance of success.
- NEW! Equipped Shield Mechanic: When user wears any kind of shield, apply 25% magic damage resistance bonus.
- Golden Thief Bug Card: Updated magic damage resistance to 60%, -15% physical damage resistance. Remember that it only blocks Sage Dispell skill.
- Tendrillion Card: Upgraded base total dispel immunity (blocks both Sage Dispell and Tarot Card of Fate dispel) to 80%, updated magic damage resistance to 20%
- Hardrock Mammoth Card: Upgraded base total dispel immunity (blocks both Sage Dispell and Tarot Card of Fate dispel) to 80%
Status Points
- VIT contributes 2 vit def per 3 points
- 450 LUK is required for 150 CRIT
- 20 LUK per 1 Perfect Dodge, bonus Perfect Dodge if LUK is over 300
- 300 LUK provides 99% status resistance
Voting System
- Is now introduced.
- Log in to Control Panel to vote bRO in several voting sites to earn vote credits in-game.
- Vote Credits are exchanged to items and equipment from Item Redeeming Services NPC.
War of Emperium
- Added WoE 1.1 - read more here: https://blackout-ro.net/woe-1-1/
- Portal call damage mod: receive less damage while standing on portal cells
- Elevation cell mod: attacking downhill gives 20% bonus, attacking uphill gives 20% penalty
- Respawn mod: Instantly respawn outside the castle after dying. Must wait 3~10 seconds before re-entering castle
- Increased WoE credits rewards
- Added Hyper WoE event to Sunday 13:00 timeslot

- Added Nurse outside every castle
- Treasure Chest now drops Event Credit (0.01%), Donation Credit (0.5%), and WoE Credit (5%)
