how to obtain the rental tickets? and can the rental items be permanent?
i mean is there a way to have EX gears (perm)?

Nope rental make is rent for a item. Rent and permanent no difference.
U can get the permanent in bg.
Use rental if new player until you get the permanent.

Rental tickets 3 a day plus 1 per active hour of playing

about rental tickets.. 1 ticket per 1hr of gameplay?? but i didnt get any ticket been playing more than 3hrs now..

and lastly does the server gonna bring back the voting system? just like good old days.

3 Rental Ticket every 24 hours as long as you're logged in for a few minutes. There is also 1 given out for being active for x amount of time (i dont know the actual time requirement for the 1, but i get it when im online for a while)
about voting I don’t know but we Staff will look into it.
also you should do mvp hunting, there is a chance of gettings the mvp loot box that contions random ex item if u open , rather than waiting for battle ground (bg) to roll.
