Solved Pink Drooping Cat

My current Pink Drooping Cat i just acquire from Prontera NPC is unable to put into cart. Mentions i am overweight. Unlike the blue, grey and yellow drooping cat, i can store and trade. I believe the pink and yellow drooping cat is not tradable

PS. May i know where can the Happy Wig be found from?
