Been awhile since I played RO. Also played from other private servers. Last time I played Blackout RO was about 8-10 years ago if I'm not mistaken.

Just want to verify, if the official server is already up and running, or still a beta version.

The server is still in its beta version. Whilst there will be no wipe at the end of it, there will be limited functionality in some areas until the official launch.
