Is Blackout Ragnarok still alive?

Hello and good afternoon

I miss this game so badly and this is one of the best high rated ragnarok ( should be the best among the best ).

Few years ago i found that this server has already been remove from RMS,
and can not be found from google

Just now when I am playing Idle Ragnarok,
suddenly i miss bRo, and i try to google, click on the link given by google.
and i found that the main server's domain is still alive,
but just it told me that the server is currently offline but the forum is still available to use

So I decided to register a new account for forum
just to ask. is this server still alive?
if it does I can't wait until the game is back to normal

I really want to play in this server.. T.T

The server is currently being resurrected by black magic and booze.

The old code was scrapped, cherry-picking custom bRO things from it, and rebuilding it from a fresh base.

Meaning the server is not yet alive, but soon it should be.

Its a pre-renewal server.
