Protect the VIP Event - Easter 2019
EVENT DATE: April 20, 2019 at 3:30 AM [Server Time], 30 minutes after Prontera WOE.​

HOW TO PLAY?

Kill opposing member tagged as VIP to win.​

Inside the map [gld2_ald], four [4] parties will clash together until one VIP-tagged member survives.​

Before round starts, parties will select an area their VIP-tagged member will occupy. VIP zone area is 15 x 15 cells.​

Point are given based on VIP death placement order.​

Each round will last ten [10] minutes. There are total of three [3] rounds throughout the event.​

Party with highest points obtained will be the winner.​

In an event of a tie-breaker, teams will play another 15-minute round to determine the winner.​

POINTS BREAKDOWN FOR EACH ROUND​ First VIP kill - 3 points to the killer party​ Second VIP kill - 2 points to the killer party​ Third/Last VIP kill - 1 point to the killer party​

RULES

Maximum of 2 members per job class in a party INCLUDING baby classes.​

For VIP-tagged member, they cannot attack opposing parties. They must stay inside their assigned 15 x 15 zone to get full credit.​

VIP-tagged members must remain within their assigned zones.​

VIPs cannot use offensive equipment or skills. This includes ifrit rings.​

If VIP-tagged member is disconnected for more than 5 minutes, his/her team will lose the round.​

Participating players should play using their OWN ACCOUNT.​

RESTRICTIONS [PVP Mechanics APPLY]
The following skills are not allowed or disabled:

Devotion, all Marriage skills, Resurrection, High Jump, Backslide, Snap, Shadow Jump, Basillica, Abracadabra, Trick Dead, Marionette Control, Ice Wall, Moonlit Water Mill, Loki's Veil, Kaizel

April 16, 2019 Update
Based on initial feedback, we are updating our rules/mechanics to resolve any worse case scenarios approaching.

1. Updated objectives for VIP-tagged members.
2. Imposed number cap per job classes.

Please check first post for complete information. We appreciate more feedback for more improvements.
Map should be open to public at this point.
Party roster must be complete in order to secure an entry.

Just some additional information for the event:

• There WILL be respawns. These will be random.
• You will have increased movement speed similar to pvp 3.
• There will be map wide announcements when people are killed.
• After each round each team will be rotated to a different zone.

can you enable Backslide and BodyReloc?
because it is easy to counter just use Ankle Snare, Spider Web ,
i am suggesting this because i dont want them to just camp at their base.
they need a attack team.
so the VIP event will be more interesting and not just like BG?

Most of the teams have pulled out due to their schedules not lining up with our event time.
