Mechanics:
Farm and collect the following materials and trade them to the 'Halloween 2019' NPC in Amatsu. There are two sets of materials and prizes. The materials for Set A only allow you to claim prizes from that set, vice versa for Set B.
You can claim any headgear you want in that set, provided there is quantity remaining. It's first come, first served, so get in quick.
Each item has a global supply. Once the supply has been exhausted, nobody can claim that item anymore. Once all items have been claimed, or the clock hits November 6 00:00 UTC, the event is over.
