GVG Main Event Date: March 30 [Saturday] an hour after Yuno WoE.

GVG Main Event Time:

• Server Time [UTC + 0] : 16:00
• Philippines Time [UTC + 8] : 00:00 (12 Midnight, Sunday)

PART 1 - War of Emperium Event
Mechanics:

• Point-based system.
• In this month's GOTM, points are obtained from owning a castle from assigned WOE schedules listed below until WOE time is finished.
  • 10 POINTS are given to the castle holder at the end of each WoE.
  • Guild with highest amount of points will advance automatically to Part 2's Final Game in Main Round [Guild vs Guild Event].
  • There will be a wild card round for everyone else to participate. Only three guilds will advance to main round.

WOE schedules counted:

• March 20 (Wednesday) - Cyr [AnjingChronicles] - Guild is disbanded at some time few days ago so its points are voided.
• March 21 (Thursday) - Hohenschwangau [Defiance]
• March 23 (Saturday War of Emperium v2) - Andlangr [Archipelago]
• March 24 (Sunday) - Scarlet Palace [Archipelago]
• March 27 (Wednesday) - Horn [Hall of Fame]
• March 28 (Thursday) - Nuenberg [Defiance]
• March 30 (Saturday War of Emperium v1) - Fadhgridh [Fashionista RO]

PART 2 - 12 vs 12 Guild vs Guild Battle Event
Mechanics:

There are two tournament rounds in this part: Wildcard Round and Main Round

WILD CARD ROUND​

• All guilds are welcome to participate.
• Three qualified guilds will advance to main round if there are more than four guilds registered.
• Tournament format depends on number of participating guilds.
  • If number of participating guilds is less than four (4), then guilds will automatically advance to main round.
  • If number of participating guilds is greater than or equal to four (4), then best of 3-match single elimination format will be used.
  • If best of 3-match single elimination is used, seed number is determined through wild card round placements.

MAIN ROUND​

• If only one guild registered along with Part 1 winning guild, final game will start.
• If number of qualified guilds is less than three (3), then best of 3-match single elimination format will be used.
• If number of qualified guilds is three (3), then round-robin format will be used. Single elimination format was used during the event.
• If best of 3-match single elimination format is used, winning guild will advance to Final Game.
• If round-robin format is used, guild with the highest amount of wins will advance to Final Game. The single elimination format was used.
• For first place tie-breaker in round-robin format, there will be a sudden death match. Winner of this match will proceed to final game. The single elimination format was used during the event.

FINAL GAME​

• Part 1 [War of Emperium Point System] winning guild VS Main Round winning guild
• Best of 5-match format is applied.

NOTE: ALL GUILDS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER THEIR ROSTER TO PLAY WILD CARD AND MAIN ROUNDS.
NOTE 2: Only 12 members are eligible to participate, if your guild usually have 12+ members.

Part 2 GvG Rules and Restrictions:

MATCH RULES​

• GUILDS WILL BE DISPELLED upon entering the battle arena before match starts.
• The tournament will take place in bro_gotm. (custom map)
• 5 minutes allotted time per match. If time runs out, winner of the round will be decided through the number of survivors in their team.
• There is a break time between each matches.

RESTRICTIONS​

• Emergency Call is not allowed.
• All team members MUST be in the same guild.
• Each team will have ONLY ONE rematch if any member of the team disconnects, after which all matches are final.
• Teams are allowed to bring in one substitute in the event of missing teammates or technical difficulties.
• Players MUST play on their own account to be eligible for all rewards.
• Players found aiding others to play on their accounts for bound rewards will be severely punished.
• GVG/WOE rules/mechanics apply.

Substitutions:
Substitutes are only entitled to a consolation prize if he/she participates in the match more than the disconnected person. In this case, the substitute(s) will be treated as the 12th person and the disconnected person is treated as the substitute(s).

Player Responsibilities:

• Participants must follow all the rules stated in this thread. It's your responsibility to read all the guidelines and mechanics before event matches start.
• Participants are expected to be respectful to one another.
• Participants who argue without or fail to follow the instructions given by the Game Masters will result in disqualification.
• The decision of the Game Masters is always final. If you think you were punished in a wrong manner, file a ticket using the ticket system and a staff member will review your complaints.

EVENT PRIZES:

Guild of the Month (GOTM) will have a private Poring Event where one lucky member will choose one costume version of these following headgear: x1 Spare Card [5536] x1 Golden Wreath [5433] x1 Protect Feathers [19024]​	Private Poring Event contains the following items: x150 Mini-Game Credits x150 WoE Credits x30 Donation Credits x15 Umbral Tokens and Misc items.​
