Hi @leira23. Please contact me via Discord PM (my Discord is Wolfie#5325) and I will try to help you. If you do not have Discord, PM me here on the Forum.

In the meantime, you can reset the position of your character on the Control Panel.

1. Login to the Control Panel. (https://cp.blackout-ro.net)
2. Go to Account Management.
3. Click the affected character's name. This takes you to a new page.
4. Click 'Reset Position' at the top of the page. Your character will be placed in amatsu.
