Solved Equip seen but is not in the inventory or Equip tab

Hi, I think this character is bugged. I tried to eq some items before as well but they just suddenly disappeared. Not expensive ones though, just a Moonlight card I guess. Please check the uploaded pictures for reference. My headgear is on but it does not show on the Eq and Costume tabs. Please help, thanks!

You can get your items back by typing @storeall then log off and log back again.

Still have no idea, what's causing this bug but storing all the items and relogging fixes the issue.
