As far as the economy is concerned, DC price wont change unless the supply/demand changes in some way.
If DC is not available immediately then the price will go up.
If the necessary gear required to be competitive isn't exclusive to DC and is available through some reasonably difficult quest then DC could possibly fall in price as the demand will go down. (Especially with such an abundance of every other item from years of people playing already. See Co Ai Section lol)
If DC is immediately available and there are quests for the DC items required to be competitive then there's a good chance the price will TANK.
Basically, the economy is a toss up without knowing the exact changes to the economic paradigm.
