i downloaded the full client, fully patched, im stuck with this gepard image.

you try to off any anti virus software u install or firewall?

no antivirus, windows defender is off, firewall is off

I found a fix, you can close this thread.

Anyway for those who experience the same like this, Try what i did..

Control Panel > System > Performance
Under the performance section, Click on the Data Execution Prevention tab
Click on "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:
Then click ADD which can be found at the bottom of the box.
Add BlackoutRO.exe and Client.exe then click OPEN.
Apply > OK

Your game should run now.
