BRO wont run

Hi Admins,

When i try to open BRO patcher, the loading icon on my mouse just keeps loading. I also noticed that BRO.exe keeps changing its PID every second.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

What happens if you restart the client again?

Hi,

Same thing happens. I am unable to kill the process unless i manually kill it in cmd.


I tried the following:
-Run patcher after laptop is restarted.
-Run via admin
-Run BRO again even if the loading icon is present (this leads to multiple PIDs observed in Details of task manager)


Im guessing that the application is being open/closed/open/so-on as to why im seeing different PIDs popping up every second.
That's just my assumption however.

Try reinstalling the game as a last resort option.

Hi,

Is there any way to run/open the client directly and not by running patcher? I want to check if that runs or not.
I see client.exe in the folder but it does not run the client.

No, unfortunately as far as I know
We applied this approach to reduce # of players getting in-game related errors.
