I use it when cutting. (which is pretty rare) It's really good, best app on my phone. Has most foods here in Canada, and i can just scan the barcode of 90% of the food i eat so its very easy to log macros/cals very easily. Use it if you're having issues stabilizing your cal intake or even just watching carbs/counting protein.
It seriously is amazing, if i don't use it my gluttony becomes too much. Without seeing the total macros and calorie count, i can't make half the progress compared to if i can. No joke, best app on my phone.
