Not actually new but i played bRO way back 2009 then i heard the news the server shut down. But then i saw that right now the server is being tested so i am interested on going back.
The server is indeed in a testing phase. It is labelled "Open Beta Testing", as at the moment a lot of things are being experimented with. Despite that, there will be no wiping of items or zeny at its completion.
