Which guilds are currently active as of early 2017?

Also, which guilds are currently the most dominant in WoE currently?

From what I've seen, the currently active guilds so far this year have been:

• Classics
• Delicious
• Domino
• Tsuki

Delicious was on top for most of the time.
Tsuki held a period of domination, as is shown by their occupation of most fourth/fifth rotation castles.
Classics are starting to look strong.
Domino capture the occasional castle.
