Unable to card items

Hello I do not know if I accidentally changed a setting or if I have encountered a bug. Basically when I try to card an item nothing happens after clicking on the card. No window to select the equip appears. I have tried relogging, changing characters, restarting the client etc. Any suggestions of what I should try to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure you have the item you wish to add the card to unequipped while you are trying?

Yeah I did. For some reason though it started working again. Im not entirely sure why, but it randomly started working again. I just did a mini game and tried again and the window started popping up.
