Yes Jack, GTB is not reduced by HW. Mdef is a different stat.
My point is HWc is not working still.
And GTB's effect is still muchmore in its effect.
HWc is only an addon to a wizdmg but it's not working right now.
and Cyno's ss are inconclusive, he is only showing min-max threshold damage.
Cause I just tested again today with `Black~
With HWc or without HWc it's the same m dmg.
