PLAYER VS PLAYER [PVP] & NORMAL MAPS
Includes changes to skill mechanics affecting characters in a PVP environment. Changes in this section applies to GVG and normal maps as well unless stated otherwise.

Flying Side Kick​

• Dispel chance to a target character with Soul Linker link buffs, Kaite, Kaahi, One-Hand Quicken, and Full Adrenaline Rush reduced to 50% from 100%.
• A target character with Hatred target mark will receive 33% damage penalty when hit by this skill.

Kyrie Eleison Skill will fail on target immune to status. No animation will occur.​

Miracle (Star Gladiator passive). Disabled in BlackoutRO. Rest in peace. Please let us know if there are problems with this change.​

GUILD VS GUILD [GVG]
Includes exclusive changes to skill mechanics affecting characters in a GVG environment like War of Emperium.

War of Emperium Alliance [Main guild + 3 allied guilds] member limit reduced to 15 members on weekday WOEs, 20 members on weekends WOEs.​

QUESTS & INSTANCES
Includes changes affecting official Ragnarok Online and BlackoutRO-exclusive quests and instances.

• Fixed issues affecting @die command.
• Fixed issues affecting Monster Sorter mini-game as a whole.
• Fixed issues affecting Leprechaun Invasion mini-game start-up.
• Fixed issues affecting headgear position placement in some Christmas fashion headgears sold in Item Redeeming Services NPC.
