Update for August 30, 2018

• @anchor - fixed.
• @killnotify - fixed.

Item

• Battlegrounds Consumables - fixed bug allowing BG consumables to be used anywhere when storage was open.
• Enriched/Purified Elunium/Oridecon - fixed trade permissions.
• Halter Lead - skills used on a position will no longer be usable in the 5 second no-skill period
• Chemical Protection, Magnificat, Storm Gust, Lord of Vermilion, Meteor Storm, Lex Aeterna Scrolls - all of these scrolls are now disabled in BG, GvG and PvP settings.

Monster

• Fake Angel - added False Angel Wing to drop list.

NPC

• Guild Champions - now working.

Script

• Fixed Dice Mini-Game where it eliminates the wrong Odd/Even box.
• Fixed WoE SE disallowing castle owners post-break.

Skill

• Crusader Spirit - fixed issue where 10% HP increase is not occurring.
