We had an emergency maintenance on the 22nd of June. Here are the list of changes included in it:

• Defender applies correct resistance to devoted characters
• Rune Stones can be used by Rune Knight
• Guild cap set to 20
• Increase stay duration of Full Chemical Protection to (30 * SkillLv) secs
• Increase stay duration of Full Strip to (5 + 2 * SkillLv) secs
• Tarot success rate now (10 * SkillLv)%
• Naght Sieger swords showing slot

It's a graphics injector to force RO to run in updated DirectX versions.
May or may not work for you.

Disable it for now.

Sometimes it causes issues. But it is intended to allow resolutions above 1080p. Not sure what else it does.
