how to refine with whitesmith?

idk how to refind using Whitesmith . any one knows? or do i need to find material? if so where can i get them?

You use the skill "Weapon Refine" and you need certain materials for certain weapons. Level 1 Phracon, Level 2, Emveretarcon, Level 3/4 Oridecon and Elunium for Armor. (Although for armor you have to use an NPC, you can't upgrade armor via skills)
