Question Full Strip Formula Help

Okay, I remember from before that dex increases the chances of full strip, but I've heard that stalker's full strip got nerfed?

right now it says this is the current success chance formula
[%] = 5 + (2 * Skill Level)
How exactly does dex affect the percentage success of Full strip?

According to source code:

5 + 2 * Skill Level + ((DEX - enemy DEX)/5)
Strip rate cannot go below 5%.

I think that's how it works.
