Email Problem. PLEASE HELP.

Hi GM!
I can't seem to reset my account password because the email that I used doesn't have .ph on it. For example. (Blackout@yahoo.com) But my real email has a .ph on it. For example. (Blackout@yahoo.com.ph). That is why I don't receive the email for the password. Please help me. I don't know how to fix this.
