I travel about 4 hours per day with the train and would love to play Ro in that time ( 30gb mobile data here).

Are there any plans in adding this as said in 2016?

Unless there's a client that can be reverse-engineered, unlikely. From what I've read, the official android port is awful anyway.

Get a isp in There and laptop to play ro. Data is lag for online games better u have own internet connection

Sorry to say, it is unlikely we will ever have an Android version for BlackoutRO.
