So im trying to find out if i can change guildmasters on this server or not so i need someone to tell me if you can or not. two, if i cant change guild leaders, why is it not letting me expel all the guild members to disband it? third, is there someone who can forcefully change guildmaster...

Either im dumb and not doing it right, or is bugged and not working. job is maxed, i set up warm wind, click on esma and click on a monster...nothing. I've tried multiple times and don't know why it's not activating. Anyone else experiencing this?
