We will be retaining our decision. The rate was reduced in the MVP Arenas for the Drooping Leaf Cat, as the monsters were previously much stronger. It may be reasonable to increase the MCA rate for monsters outside the MVP Arenas.

Where are you hunting MVPs? The lootboxes only drop from naturally spawning mobs in fields/dungeons. MVP Arena and Class Change mobs are not included.

Please try deleting the file named patchlist.dat from your BlackoutRO folder and running your patcher again.
