  Yes Jack, GTB is not reduced by HW. Mdef is a different stat.
  My point is HWc is not working still.
  And GTB's effect is still muchmore in its effect.
  HWc is only an addon to a wizdmg but it's not working right now.
  and Cyno's ss are inconclusive, he is only showing min-max threshold damage.
  Cause I just tested again today with `Black~
  With HWc or without HWc it's the same m dmg.

  hey Jack, there's a player in game named cynosure in the forum who's been very rude my thread and ingame, this guy is trying to control the server and claims he'll call you and the truth of my thread on high wiz card would not matter. Cynosure said he could only comprehend your noobness.
