speaking of currencies, a server where i played a while ago had zeny and also another currency in circulation. This second one was also fully supported by the wending system (imagine as if you could, instead of trade, simply do some sort of vending where people would pay in DC). Something like...

As a random thought... One thing that makes zeny bad as a server currency is the amount of zeros. Basically a zimbabwe dollar. Paying stuff like 2, 15 or 100 DCs is much easier and comfortable than paying the equivalent amount of zeny.

I somewhat disagree, rather than zeny, I would go for time consuming quests. Why? There are basically 2 ways of making zeny - you either sell expensive stuff like cards and gears (that are already in high demand) or farm stuff like gold, kukri or poison bottles or whatever people farm these...

Actually, NPC will not solve the issues. NPC buying DC will not fix it. I mean, take cards - you can sell them all to NPC and they still dont cost 10-20 zeny. Now, if there is an NPC selling DC for zeny, this will only produce inflation, thats all - the offer of stuff you can by with DC from NPC...

I would say the main issue is the disconnect between DC and zeny, which is not that huge now, but will increase in future. Basically, you cannot get decent gear unless you have DC, and you can only get DC by selling decent gear. It is caused by a combo of a bunch of long term players all geared...

donate and make a prof and abracadabra the %#!@ out of it. You defintely get more MVPs that way, specially because regular bosses are free to everybody to kill so even if you camp successfully it does not guarantee you the kill.

Just tried to check it straight after someone (not me) killed it. 1 minute after the kill, the autopsy was already showing me the info up to 1 minute. I arrived on the spot about 30 seconds after the kill, and i am fairly sure there was nobody else on the map. Also, just in case, i paid nothing...

I am somewhat unsure if it happens when someone else killed it. I usually farm at ein_dun, so I landed at the tomb like 6 mins after it was killed and it was already paid down to the minute. Not sure, but well, hope it works correctly.

Not sure if a bug or a feature, so reporting. I just killed RSX-0806, and the tomb already displayed very detailed autopsy results (down to minute, and the next payment would be 12000000). I may misunderstand how this feature works, but shouldnt it go back to the "pay respects" mode where you...

Maybe collect actual data about where the players are from, and then weight that in with the donations made by each player.

Yep i like this. Server will still get $$$ since people can still donate and get stuff. But the DC are not an ingame thing anymore. 1537294036 That is what people sell them for nowadays.
