Equipment Rework

Explain

We want to make equipment you find in the wild valuable. We did this by (1) adding new effects to items, and (2) by lowering drop rates. All pre-renewal equipment have been improved with new effects. The drop rate of equipment is 5x, with a minimum drop rate of 0.5%.
