What does Client Support cover?
Client Support covers a variety of areas. Including, but not limited to:
- Technical support - installing the game, client issues, audio errors.
- Server not online - if you are unable to find the server's status via the Announcements forum or Control Panel, feel free to ask.
- Services unavailable - e.g. Ticket System not working, Control Panel not letting you register, Download links broken.
- In-game information (e.g. Where do I find Silk Robe?): please ask at the Guides & Information forum.
- Account Support, Reports, the sharing of private/confidential information: please use the Ticket System.
How do I ask for support?
Simple! All you need to do is click 'Post Thread', ask your question then wait for somebody to provide their input.
