Thanatos Quest bug

Cant proceed now with the quest because one of the charms didnt appear on my inventory and found another yellow key instead.

Could you please give us a steps on how you did this quest, if possible?

I started it with the machine @ tha_t03 66 67 since i've done this quest a couple of times already.
I was able to get the other charms and found this yellow key instead.

Could you please redo this quest again from the start to see what happens? Probably during the step within Yellow Key.
