Question Is the PET EVOLUTION not available in bRO?

Hi there! I just want to ask if there's a problem with the PET EVOLUTION system?
It's not working although I have all the necessary items needed.
It says "Unknown Error" on the log.

Unfortunately, no. Like what I've just said, even though I have all the necessary items needed it won't evolve. It keeps on saying "Unknown Error" on the chat log.
Well, I'm not really into having a cute or cool pet. I just want the additional 4% ATK if the pet successfully evolved.
