As of this posting, PVP Gauntlet automated event is temporarily suspended until further notice. Glitches related to mass player disconnection are too problematic until it gets fixed.

To address the animation repel use of Increase AGI scrolls, we introduced an item called "Animation Repel Scroll" which works similar to Increase AGI scroll to do the same job. It is sold from Donation Credit shop for 1 Donation Credit each. You can use this item for infinite uses.

Could you please make a new Novie character and see if you can use Trick Dead skill again? (Don't forget to click Job Master NPC to get that Platinun skill!)

Which map you tried to use the skill? Just to get more details, the skill itself was enabled when you're a Novice, correct?

I think it only works for Novice classes in this server.
